Business Development Representative

Role:

The BDR is the front line of the Sales Department. They are responsible for ensuring that leads (prospects) are qualified and booked for Demo calls with Business Consultants (BC).

The BDR handles all lead nurture that ensures a qualified prospect is placed on the BCs calendars, ideally within 48 hours of becoming a lead.

Requirements:

-Efficient with their work Strong computer proficiency

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Industry

-specific knowledge (Pest Control, Wildlife Control, Home Service Industry in General)

-Patience and determination-Some sales experience or willingness to learn sales

-Ability to handle and overcome objections

Responsibilities:

-Call, qualify, and schedule leads who do not self book a Demo Call

-Call, qualify, and Schedule leads who no show or cancel their Demo Call

-Call to qualify and confirm scheduled Demo calls -Manage conversations in Go High Level

-Protect Business Consultants Calendars -Monitor Facebook group for organic prospects

-Maintain clear communication with Business Consultants via slack -Onboarding of new customers and minor support for existing customers

Results:

-Success is when all potential prospects are able to walk from their first point of interest (Opting into a paid ad or engaging organically) to their first consulting call with a business consultant.

-Success is maintaining a 50% show rate on all appointments booked. Whether inbound or organic

-Success is getting 20% of all non self-scheduled leads to book Demo Calls -Success is getting 20% of all no shows/Canceled leads back on the calendar
